The Full Story
A life lived in practice, presence, and quiet transformation.
A life lived in practice, presence, and quiet transformation.
Angela grew up with a deep sensitivity to life — attuned to emotion, energy, and the spaces in between.
Summers in the wilds of Snowdonia offered freedom, stillness, and a connection to something larger than herself.
From an early age, she was shaped by nature, dance, and a quiet knowing that there was more — more to feel, more to understand, more than what could be seen.
In her teens — over thirty years ago — she discovered yoga.
Drawn instinctively to its stillness and inner focus, she began practicing on her own, long before it was common.
It quickly became a sanctuary. A space to breathe, to soften, to come home to herself.
That early thread of connection — and a deep longing to explore Asia — planted the seeds for a path that would unfold slowly, and meaningfully, over the decades to come.
Path of Remembering
Angela’s path of awakening began over thirty years ago in the UK, when she first turned to yoga as a way to connect inward — and find stillness in a noisy world.
What began as a quiet personal practice soon became a way of life.
Her journey eventually led her to spend four transformative years living across Southeast Asia — a time that reshaped her from the inside out.
From silent temple stays in Korea to slow, intentional living in the rural communities of Cambodia…
From the meditative discipline of Japan to the deeply healing retreat centres of Thailand…
Each place offered not just teachings, but initiations.
Through Buddhist philosophy, daily meditation, energy work, and the embodied stillness of Yin yoga, Angela discovered something essential:
True transformation doesn’t come from striving — it comes from softening.
What remained was something quietly powerful.
A deep well of presence, honesty, and rest — the same space she now holds for others.

From Seeker to Space Holder
Angela’s path hasn’t always been linear.
She’s lived, worked, and taught across London, Thailand, China, and beyond — navigating burnout, big transitions, and the quiet ache of searching for something more.
A spinal injury became one of her greatest teachers.
It brought her into the depth of Yin Yoga, where she discovered the medicine of stillness and the power of surrender.
While trained in anatomy, meditation, Pilates, and Reiki — what she truly carries is lived experience.
She knows what it means to break open and rebuild from the inside.
Now, she holds space for others — especially women — who find themselves at the edge of change.
Her retreats aren’t about achieving or fixing.
They’re an invitation to exhale, drop the mask, and remember who you’ve always been.
Retreats that Remember You
Angela’s retreats are soulful, nurturing, and intentionally unpolished.
They are woven with ritual, deep rest, embodied movement, and quiet honesty.
Expect nature. Expect beauty.
Expect to meet yourself in new ways.
You won’t be rushed. You won’t be pushed.
You’ll be held — softly, but clearly.
Inspired by the stillness of temples, the rawness of jungle retreats, and the quiet strength of community, Angela creates spaces where transformation doesn’t shout —
it rises gently from within.

A Soft Invitation
If you’re longing for stillness...
If your nervous system is tired...
If you’re ready to remember what it feels like to belong to yourself...
This is your invitation.
Come as you are.
Leave as more of who you’ve always been.
“The wound is the place where the light enters you.”
